Having a New Year's resolution of losing weight and getting into healthy eating I was looking for an interesting book to jump start my goal. I actually liked the book. The diet was explained well and was intriguing. The book was about the diet of the Mount Athos monks of Greece. They live to a ripe old age free of many illnesses. Simple to follow, I am going to give it a try!
